McGrath’s widespread team and complex offer made communicating the benefits of property management – and doing it consistently – a challenge.
The real estate company needed a clear message, and the right tool. One franchisees could adapt to the local market without damaging the brand.
For customers, we identified it came down to ‘securing their future’ – so we made this the key strap-line. A customisable brochure – developed used digital printing technology – meant franchisees could tailor some content, while meeting brand guidelines.
